Enrollment is a core function of human resource management. Enrollment is referred as the processes involved in choosing individuals for self- paid condition.
2. The Process of Enrollment
A. Announcement of the job position: Announcement of a vacant trainee position by notice & or agent.
B. Enrollment process:
I. Criteria for Trainees: Security Guarding Basic Training(SGBT).
1. Male: Height: 5 feet 4 inch / Weight: 55 kg / Age: 18 years complete to 45 years.
2. Female: Height: 5 feet 2 inch / Weight: 50 kg / Age: 18 years complete to 35 years.
II. Required Document: Application form No GTC/SGBT/001 attached with following documents should be verified by Accountant & Stamped.
1. Citizenship: Original with Photocopy.
2. Passport: Original with Photocopy.
3. Other Documents: If any.
4. PP size Photograph: 5 copies.
III. Criteria for Trainees: House-Keeping Attendant Training(HKAT).
1. Male: Height: Minimum 4 feet 10 inch / Weight: 45/50 kg / Age: 18 years complete to 45 years.
2. Female: Height: Minimum 4 feet 10 inch / Weight: 45/50 kg / Age: 18 years complete to 35 years.
IV. Required Document: Application form No GTC/HKT/001 attached with following documents should be verified by Accountant & Stamped.
1. Citizenship: Original with Photocopy.
2. Passport: Original with Photocopy.
3. Other Documents: If any.
4. PP size Photograph: 5 copies.
V. Medical Check: Should be done according to Medical Form No: GTC/TRG/003 which includes the following
1. Blood Pressure
2. Vision/Pulse
3. Any chronic disease
4. Any medicine being used
4. Counseling by medical officer
VI. Entrance exam (Form No: GTC/TRG/002): Will be conducted for SGBT & HKAT with Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
VII. Final Selection: After completion of above mentioned process, a trainee will be selected for the SGBT & HKAT.
